Our second installment in a series of behind-the-scenes tour videos from Josh's tour this week captures Josh and Austin rehearsing the cover of a classic during their soundcheck at The 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C. last night.
Hope you dig...

I loved this last night. Great stuff.
ReplyDeleteGreat time last night. The best part is that it looks like the guys onstage are having the best time ever, which in turns made myself have the best time!
ReplyDeleteMoon River! Kickass! I am loving this blog.
ReplyDeleteSorry. Can't wait for tonight's show to post. Josh did a fantastic job tonight, even if he completely blanked on the Big Red Button song. (Sorry, I'm zonked and had a four hour drive home.)
ReplyDeleteThat being said, if you're reading this and wondering if you should go see Josh live - you should. If everyone in the world did their job with the effort and utter JOY that Josh does his, this world would be a magnificent place. He seems to have a puppy love relationship with the crowd, and the crowd loves him right back. Oh, and yes, boy-howdy did he ever look like Bob Ross tonight. Bob Ross rocked. Josh rocks. Must be the hair.
Ok, goodnight - and honestly, SEE JOSH. You owe it to yourself!
I've been to many shows, and I've kicked around a lot of venues, but I've never seen anyone play with the fervor and unrelenting joy that Josh and the band play with.
ReplyDeleteHe really is singing for the love of it.
