Hailing proudly from the beaches of the Jersey Shore, Doug started with Josh and the band as a fan, yelling in the front row of an Asbury Park bar back in 2003. Not much has changed, thank god.

ReplyDeleteThat being said, if you're reading this and wondering if you should go see Josh live - you should. If everyone in the world did their job with the effort and utter JOY that Josh does his, this world would be a magnificent place. He seems to have a puppy love relationship with the crowd, and the crowd loves him right back. Oh, and yes, boy-howdy did he ever look like Bob Ross tonight. Bob Ross rocked. Josh rocks. Must be the hair.

I've been to many shows, and I've kicked around a lot of venues, but I've never seen anyone play with the fervor and unrelenting joy that Josh and the band play with.
